Terms of Use
Draft document. The operator's legal name, address, tax information, governing law and legal review must be completed before launch or collection of payments.
1. Service
MatchMetric Analytics provides statistical analysis and educational football content. It is not a bookmaker, does not accept or place wagers, distribute prizes, or guarantee outcomes or profit.
2. Eligibility
The service is available only to users aged 18 or over who may lawfully access it in their jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for their credentials and information. Access may be suspended for abuse, unauthorised automation or redistribution.
4. Subscriptions
The launch offer is €5 per month for the first three months, then €10 per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Final cancellation, refund, tax and billing terms will be displayed before Live Mode is enabled.
5. Risk
Predictions are probabilistic estimates and may be wrong. Users make their own decisions and bear all financial consequences.
6. Intellectual property and data
Our interface and proprietary models may not be copied or resold. Third-party data remains subject to provider licences. The service is independent and is not affiliated with UEFA or any bookmaker.
