Pre-launch terms
Terms of Use
Pre-launch notice. These terms govern public-preview testing only. The operator's full legal name, authorised business or fiscal status, business address, tax details, governing law and formal contact must be completed and legally reviewed before accepting real payments. The operator may be a sole proprietor; incorporation as a company is not assumed.
1. Service
MatchMetric Analytics provides statistical football analysis and educational content. It is not a bookmaker, does not accept or place wagers, distribute prizes, guarantee outcomes or promise profit.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to access betting-adjacent sports analysis in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local law.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only your own account. Abuse, unauthorised automation, resale or redistribution may result in suspension.
4. Pre-launch access and subscriptions
The current payment flow uses Stripe Sandbox and cannot charge real money. Paid subscriptions and the full workspace are not currently open, no final subscription price has been announced, and preview accounts will not convert automatically to paid plans. Final tax, invoicing and consumer-withdrawal terms will be shown before Live Mode.
5. Cancellation and refunds
There is currently no real paid subscription to cancel or refund. Sandbox subscriptions may be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal but have no real monetary effect. The separate Refund Policy explains the current pre-launch status and the items still required before real billing.
6. Predictions and risk
All predictions are uncertain and may be wrong. Historical accuracy and theoretical returns do not guarantee future performance. You make your own decisions and bear all financial consequences.
7. Intellectual property and data
The interface and proprietary model output may not be copied, scraped, resold or used to create a competing database. Third-party data remains subject to provider licences. MatchMetric is independent and is not affiliated with UEFA, API-Football, Stripe or any bookmaker.
8. Availability
The pre-launch service may change, pause or contain incomplete data. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every market, fixture or price will be present.
